Hotel & Audition Room Booking

Please register below for hotel and audition space for the Los Angeles National Unified Auditions. Accommodations and audition space will be booked as a package through Ambassador Travel. Your contact is Kathryn Reneer.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due by July 15, 2020 to hold both hotel and audition space. It may be paid with a credit card or by check. Final payment and a copy of Certificate of Insurance will be due November 1, 2020 and must be paid by contacting Ambassador Travel. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after November 30, 2020, however name changes may be accommodated.

Room Rates: $190 per night
All room rates include taxes. Rooms are with king beds only. You may request 2 beds but they are not guaranteed.

Please DO NOT multiply the number of rooms by the number of nights. If you need 3 rooms for 3 nights, enter 3 rooms and 3 nights above. The system will automatically multiply the rate by the number of rooms and the number of nights you enter. If attendees are staying a different number of nights, enter the max number of nights the room is needed (1-5), then explain everything in the Special Needs or Requests section below so we can discuss and adjust your payment amount.

Studio Rates:
All Audition Room Rates Include Taxes as well as Internet Access.

To request space, select the date you would like studio rentals, then choose your room size. Next, select the number of rooms needed, then add additional days as needed. If you need more than four days, make your request in the "special studio request" box. You can make multiple room size selections for each day.

Studio Space Options:

  • Small 200-450 sq. ft. - $555.00 per day (at the Anaheim Hilton)
  • Medium 450-800 sq. ft. - $755.00 per day (at the Anaheim Hilton)
  • Large 800-1100 sq. ft - $970.00 per day (at the Anaheim Convention center)
  • X-Large 1100+ sq. ft. - $1,535.00 per day (at the Anaheim Convention center)

Certificate of Insurance Requirement

SUBMIT BY November 1, 2020

Please have your insurance company issue a Certificate of Insurance with Ambassador Travel listed as an additional insured party and email directly to Kathryn Reneer at [email protected] .

Participant agrees to submit a certificate of insurance evidencing its general liability insurance coverage with an occurrence form and combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Such certificate must name Ambassador Travel as additionally insured under general liability during event date(s).

Cancellations and Changes

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold both hotel and audition space. If paying by credit card the deposit is due once the credit card authorization form has been submitted. If paying directly by check it is due by July 15, 2020.

A copy of Certificate of Insurance and final payment will be due November 1, 2020. Reservations are non-refundable after November 30, 2020. Name changes may be accommodated and must be directed to Kathryn Reneer.
